Hello. My name is foo4luv, and I’ve been a blogger for…five minutes. Actually, I prefer “foofer”, but apparently that’s taken. The name “fooferlove” and all of its variations was bestowed upon me by my sister madhousewife. I liked it so much that I even incorporated it into my ASL name sign — the sign for bunny, but made with the f hand.
As you can see, I like bunnies. That’s not how I got my nickname, but it certainly fits. When my ten-year-old daughter BratzBasher drew the chance card in Monopoly that informed her she’d just won second place in a beauty contest, my husband Merkin pointed out that I was the judge, and the first place winner was a bunny nose. Occasionally, BratzBasher will ask me if I love her more than bunny noses. The answer, of course, is yes. IMO BratzBasher is the only thing in the world cuter than a bunny nose. I often tell her I love her more than chocolate, too. That’s by a slim margin, naturally. 😉
The bunny at the top of this page is Arthur. I’ve never met him (or possibly her?), but I thought I should name him since he’s my current desktop graphic. No better way to start the day than with a giant bunny nose. Morning cuddles from BratzBasher are nice, too, but there’s no guarantee that she’ll smell nice. Arthur can smell like anything I care to put under my nose while I’m at the computer. My personal favorite is chocolate. That’s not what I wanted to tell you about, though. I actually wanted to say that I named Arthur after the Weasley patriarch in the Harry Potter series. They both have ginger hair/fur, but not much of it. Granted, Arthur the bunny has white fur everywhere else while Arthur Weasley is going bald, but that’s preferable to the reverse, isn’t it?
I think I’ve rambled enough for a first post. You’ll find out more about me as I continue to add to the blog. Just don’t expect anything profound. Not that I never say anything profound, but if you’re not expecting it, you can be pleasantly surprised.

I like foo4luv. Aren’t we all foos4luv?
How did I not know about your profound love of bunnies?

I think you might be right that there’s no better way to start the day than with a giant bunny nose. If only my day had started with that bunny nose, I would be in a much better place now. (Psychologically speaking. Not, like, heaven or something.)
